WHO AM I? AND HOW DO YOU GET FLYING FEET? 

Hi, my name is Paul and many many moons ago, when I had more hair and got more sleep I was a full time athlete. 

I was always getting injured until I changed how I ran. I started to learn drills and exercises that made my running more efficient, and worked on getting lighter on my feet. How I felt when I ran transformed, running felt easier and I was spending less time on the floor and more time in the air. 

Since my running career has stopped I have helped 100s of runners change how they run. Decreasing injuries and helping them feel amazing when they run.
