I'm trying really hard to keep to the diet. I had been at the same weight for the previous four weeks though I was on a healthy diet. Eliza introduced me to the myfitnesspal app and this week I've logged my food and done more exercise than I have been doing lately. I normally weigh myself on a Monday but did it today and I've lost 2 1/2 lbs already this week!! I'm feeling good and feel motivated to keep going with it!
