So we do not just coach you during the sessions, we have as much contact as you need between the sessions to help you stay on point. We all can have a bad day (or week!). Many of our clients might turn up to training initially because they’ve made the booking and are now accountable to keeping to that decision. It’s that accountantabilty that keeps them coming back week on week, ensuring they finally achieve the results they were after.
